Hello,  my name is Chris. I'm a newer investor in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area. I'm interested in Buy&Hold's - I currently 'hack my house' with plans to do that on my next property.

I'm an avid podcast listener, and have directed some friends and colleagues to the site here, but am just starting to get active in the forums.
