Hey Everyone!
I’m a new investor, finally back home in New Orleans; and I am looking forward to a side career in real estate investing. This is such a great site, and it is an awesome community! I have now read 3 “getting started in real estate”-esque books in addition to this site’s own Ultimate Beginners Guide. I am looking forward to getting started in my investing career, and I look forward to exchanging ideas in the future.
