Introduction Better Late Then Never

I have been on BiggerPockets for several weeks now, and I must say I love it!  This is an amazing place with so much knowledge and experience at your fingertips.  Thank you to  Josh for creating it &everyone who contributes!

Ok, about me.  I currently live in the beautiful small town of Indialantic Florida.  My husband and I are flipping homes together.  Our two boys can be pretty great workers too when they're not in school.  We've successfully bought and sold two homes this year & we're looking for our third.  We would like to continue flipping, while also starting to acquire rental properties.  As well, we'd like to manage more & sweat less for our equity.   Eventually I'd like to get into owning large apartment buildings.

I've found that good deals are getting more difficult to find, even though it's only been a year.

This has been a fun ride already & I can't wait to see what the future brings.  I look forward to learning and growing while making lasting connections with BiggerPockets members.
