Newbie from Long Island, N.Y.
Hi everyone! I'm Lisa, a teacher, and have been in the background reading and learning as much as I can. This site is absolutely the Holy Grail for me! Anyway, I just realized that I commented on a post without ever officially coming out to introduce myself, so here goes!
I currently have a SFR in S.C. that was not planned but have fallen in love with positive cash flow but not so much with my PM though. That may follow under another thread....but I have always had an affinity for RE and hope to acquire my RE license soon. My goal is to buy and hold multi-families in and out-of-state
There is so much to learn and am looking forward in connecting with BP's family of investors, possible future partnering, and acquire an arsenal of RE professionals. I hope to gain the knowledge and the experience so that I too can be of service to others!
