Hi everyone in BP,

My name is Joshua Park and I have a printing shop in Los Angeles area. I'm new in real estate. The only experience I have in real estate is my home which we are living in now. We bought it in 1997. We pull the equity out to start the printing business about 12 years ago.
I’ve been exposed to real estate investing by listening to BP podcast and couple others. After a year of listening I’ve decided to join the BP community and get myself in the RE world. I start as part time but hope to make a career with this. I always thought the only way to secure retirement is RE.
I want to start by attending REIA meet ups and do direct mail campaign like yellow letters. I can make(print) yellow letter papers in my shop with 20lb yellow bonds.
I am going ask a lot stupid question in this forum so help me out.
