Investor in Albuquerque - Howdy!

Hello Biggerpockets folks,

Although I've made a few posts before, I thought I should do my full introduction.

I'm an investor looking to purchase single-family homes in Albuquerque NM.  I own four so far as buy-and-hold rental properties, and have enjoyed starting out in this business.

I actually made a little "brag book" to show my current investments:

I welcome any feedback, criticisms, etc.

In particular, I'd love to find more New Mexico based wholesalers. The MLS just isn't doing it for me lately.

So, thank you to everyone who makes this such a wonderful forum.
