Hello, hello! My name is John and I am from Kansas City, MO. I got a great friend that got me looking into real estate and am wanting to find a duplex, quad plex or six-plix to get started. Possibly some house if the right deals come along. I am interested in researching about getting into real estate with little or no money down and take-over mortgages. Basically, someone that is desperate to get out of their building or house and will just let me owner finance it. Looking to hold onto my properties rather than sell or flip them. Oh also, I manage two six plexes currently that my friend owns currently that got me started.
