New Jersey Investor - Late Introduction
It seems I started posting and commenting on other threads and discussions without making my own introduction! Here is my formal hello everyone!
I am not so new to investing but fairly new to BP. I had an old account for a while but did not use it much. I am using this account a lot more and seeing so many benefits!
I originally began work as an engineer. I flipped one house and that was really it for me, I wanted to be an investor full-time here in New Jersey. I am from Middlesex county but I invest in Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Passaic, Morris and Union as well!
My goals are to network with investors in and out of NJ, gain a wealth of information and find great deals! We look for residential single and multifam flips, we either wholesale or rehab ourselves. We do not buy and hold. I look forward to networking and learning more from everyone here, even though some of you may have already seen me post in other threads.

I love the buy and flip formula also, but why don't you like to buy and hold. I love it because I can lease option the house out and gain profits over time.
