Newcomer from Old Bridge, NJ

Hi 

I joined a few weeks ago so this is a belated introduction. I am from Old Bridge NJ. I am employed full time in an unrelated field and my hubby and I recently got our NJ real estate license. I had a MFR some years ago that had negative cash flow, but fortunately I sold at the right time so i recouped my investment.

My goals are two-fold. We are planning to invest in real estate again and we also hope to become investor friendly real estate agents. 

I have been reading through several of the forum threads and blog posts and am so glad to find this knowledgeable and helpful community. I am hoping that I can add value eventually.
