Hello! My name is Doug from Dobbs Ferry, NY. Like many others, I accidentally got into real estate investing when I decided to move from Washington DC to New York City several years ago and decided to rent out my condo. That went well, and since then I've studied up on real estate investing and I'm ready to do more.

I'm currently looking to buy a multi-family near where I live in Westchester County, NY - specifically Tarrytown or Sleepy Hollow.

I'd love to get some insight / advice from anyone familiar with the area. I'm also looking forward to exploring BP!
