Hello everyone,

My name is Joe Impagliazzo. I live in Wakefield, RI and work for Embrace Home Loans, a National Direct Lender in Newport, RI.  I have been a loan officer for over 10 years and have been very successful with residential investment property financing.  One of my favorite parts about working with investors is the relationship it becomes.  It's not just one and done, but purchase after purchase.  My goal on the blog is to bring my knowledge of investment lending programs, and help answer any questions you have.
