Noob eager to learn from NJ

Hello -

I always wanted to get into the real estate business of multi family homes. Buying renting the whole landlord business in order to achieve passive income that would allow me quit my job. One reason or another, couldn't make it happen for the lack of a down payment.

Im hoping that someone could mentor me in this subject. In retribution, you'll have a dedicated person that will give his 110% and always willing to help.

Currently looking in the areas of NJ.. Nirthe bergen, union city, west new york.
