New investor from Chicago

I just joined BP a few days ago, and am kicking myself that I didn't join sooner. I'm looking forward to learning from everyone and sharing my progress as I get started investing in Chicago.

My goal is to start flipping SFH in the Chicago suburbs. I've been doing my homework for the past few months, but am ready to take the leap and jump into my first property. I'm in the process of building my team, and have been visiting as many houses as possible.
