Hello All,

I am a new member from South Jersey. I am a recent Rutgers University grad with a degree in finance. I am 22 and currently working in Philadelphia. I am very interested in RE investing and currently looking at Rowan University being that it is only a short drive from my house and it seems to be growing rapidly. I have just recently purchased my first rental property just off campus.

I am interested in networking with anyone in the area. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I am excited to be a part of BP and ready to get started.
