Hello!

I'd like to introduce myself, my names Kalman Debski, very unique! I know!

A little about me, I'm a recent college graduate from the University of Central Fl with my B.A. In Industrial Engineering. I moved to South Fl a little over a year ago right after graduating. I'm currently employed with American Express as an Engineer for them. It's pretty awesome!

Some of my goals with real estate are to turn this into a part time gig and hopefully grow from there. I'd love to begin generating some side income to help get caught up with my student loans and begin my future. Hopefully, one day I can retire early from real estate and never have to worry about work again!

What I want to learn from this site is EVERYTHING I CAN. The only real estate experience I have is nothing. Lol. When I was younger, I used to work in construction, so I can do a few handy things.

What I don't know and would like to learn is who to talk to,what are the different investment types out there? how did others in my shoes start out? What did you watch? Read? Talk to? How do you get funds? ( college students are dead BORKE!) How do you get investors? Mentors? Someone to take you under your wing and help you out?

I think the single most important question I have is, how can I meet someone who is willing to show me the ropes, help me out financially for my first few houses, and allow me to pay them back for their time, help, knowledge, and resources?

It's a lot! I know! But I really want to learn and do well in Real Estate. It's a great market for opportunity, and I'm willing to put in the time, and effort required to hopefully one day help others, and teach and mentor them as well. Just as someone helped me!

If anyone has any questions or suggestions, please let me know. I'm going to try to be on as frequent as I can. I look forward to this community!

Thank you!

Kalman
