Hello, new member in Memphis, TN. I am very new to real estate in general. I am an engineer by profession but have become very intrigued by the potential benefits and challenge of REI. My goals are to develop a degree of financial independence by generating income from multiple niches. I look forward to gaining knowledge, advice, insight, networking opportunities, etc in REI. I found BiggerPockets when looking for REI podcasts.
