Hello from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Area
Hello, My name is Ray and my wife and I are ready to get back into real estate investing. About 30 years ago we bought, rehabbed, held & rented a duplex in our home town of Wheeling, WV. After a career change brought us to Kentucky we sold the duplex and haven't invested since. It has been quite a long time so to find the BP site was a blessing.
We are considering flips, multi-family units and commercial properties. I am excited to be apart of the BP community and am hopeful that we will be able to contribute as much as we glean from the site.
