Hi!

my name is Josh.   I  currently live in the Hartford area and own a "flip" that turned into a 4 year investment with my brother.  Were hoping to sell our house next spring,  if all pans out, and I will be looking to reinvest into another fixer upper next spring.  I also come from a construction background in commercial construction.  Feel free to ask me any questions.
