Say hi, learn, invest... repeat!

Hi Everyone,

My name is Paul and i'm in the Northern Kentucky area looking to start investing in "buy and hold" property. I'm still formulating my strategy (any suggestions or feedback would be awesome!) but I am trying to start small, hopefully purchasing properties on the lower end of the price range while I learn. I see myself as a cash flow investor. Thankfully, I've been fortunate to save some start up capital to fund my venture.

I've been following a lot of the moves/info @Lisa Phillips & @Dawn Anastasi have been posting via BP and youtube. I really like their approach and understand the value play.

Looking forward to everyone's help and sharing my progress.

Thanks

Paul
