Hi,

We are Jim and Julie from Stratford, Tx (small tx panhandle town) 90 miles north of Amarillo. This area is a very rural area but has close access to Co,Ks, Ok and NM.  We are new to real estate and are committed to building a business in real estate. We have 4 girls still at home and several that are grown and on their own.

We are looking to make a change in our career direction that is more in our control and less about a pay check. We have no set "niche" as of yet, still reading and gaining knowledge in all the areas but anxious to get started.

I currently have been working in the refining industry for 10 years and neither my wife or I have any formal education in real estate.

We obviously are in need of advise in all areas and will welcome it all.

Thank you,

Jim and Julie
