Hi,

I just got started in real estate investing late last year in 2013.   I'm so kicking myself for not getting involved earlier, but I had no idea about real estate investing until last year when I started listening to podcasts and learning about real estate.   And then I met with a friends/mentor who help me get my first deal.

So far I've only invested through "investor networks" and what I call "full-service" providers that purchase foreclosed properties, rehab them, and then flip them to investors and provide property managers as well.

After finishing 5 deals this way in 8 months, I am ready to jump in and get my hands dirty- find my own deals, then do my own rehab.

Love the biggerpockets podcast and now I want to get more involved in networking and learning from all the great investors here at BP.

Thanks,

Joe
