newbie in the Seattle area
My name is Chris Vincent from the Seattle/Everett WA area and I'm brand new to real estate investing. I'm very excited to join the BiggerPockets community and soak in the knowledge of all the experienced as well as newbie investors. My plan is to start in wholesaling and gain the knowledge I need to then progress to the rehab/buy and hold side investing. I would greatly appreciate any and all knowledge your willing to give. From the looks of this site, I couldn't think of a better community to begin on my journey to success!
