My name is Tom Reynolds I live in Deland, Florida. I've been lurking in the shadows for some time and now ready to moving forward toward the light. The amount of help and information found on this site has been overwhelming. Real estate investment has been a long time goal for me. I have limited experience but I'm eager to learn. I currently have offers on a duplex & a single family with a plan to hold four rental units by the end of the year, each producing a positive cash flow.
