A friendly howdy to all,

I am an aspiring real estate investor eager to get started in and around San Antonio. I am building a spec north of SA to 1st pay down some personal debt and 2nd raise capital to pursue buy, fix, and hold properties. Lots of great info here.

Wish me luck.

@James Evertson You are building a new construction spec home? I'd like to hear more. I'd love to get into infill new construction in the urban core, but curious about the processes here. I have only done new construction in St. Louis. Good luck!
