Newbie from Orlando, Florida
I got the real estate investing bug after watching a Carlton Sheets infomercial in my twenties. Although I purchased his guide, I found it difficult to put into practice since some of his advice was outdated. Foolishly, I let "newbie" roadblocks blur my vision and I put real estate investing on the back burner for 20 years.
Now that I'm in my forties, I'm ready to take investing seriously. That's why I joined this forum.
My initial focus will be to fix and flip as I believe that will help me build up my cash reserves faster. Please correct me if I'm wrong! I want to use my flips as a means to get out of debt for good.
Open to advice. I look forward to getting to know you and paying it forward.
Cheers,
Wyteria Jacobo
