Greetings to all!

My name is Tina Berge and I am a licensed Realtor in Williston, ND. Williston is located in the far northwestern corner of North Dakota, situated 15 miles from the Montana state line and 80 miles from the Canadian border. The oil industry has caused the population to more than double in the past five years. Population increase leads to housing shortages and rental rates higher than New York City. My personal goal as a Realtor is to help many newcomers affordably put a roof over their heads. I have some ideas regarding lease to purchase options as it may pertain to home buyers and investors but would appreciate advice from others. Thanks in advance and have a great day!
