Hi Bigger Pockets!

I'm a new member from Los Angeles, and I started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts last month. They're fantastic!!

Four years ago, my husband and I purchased a fourplex in LA, and more recently, a duplex up in the SF bay area. We've been investing in markets that we know, and have resided in. However, SF and LA are both really expensive markets, and so I've been drawn to, more recently, out of state investing.

My aunt has been purchasing properties SW Florida for the past three years, and has been very enthusiastic about it. I still have yet to visit, but I've been reading in the forums as much as I can.

Anyways, I'm happy to be part of BP, and look forward to all your comments and/or suggestions!

Teresa
