My name is John Ebanez. I am from Kapolei, Hawaii and I am new to Real Estate Investing. I left my job as an accountant to plunge head first into this. I have no experience in real estate investing but have read many books and have been dreaming of doing this for years. I am interested in rehabbing and flipping then buying and holding. I want to help in turning renters to be homeowners and also help getting construction people to go back to work. Any suggestions and advice, I would appreciate very much.
