Greetings from Houston, TX (Go Texans!)

I've been lurking on this site and other REI sites and finally got the courage to join. I'm in the beginning researching phase of real estate invest. I am leaning towards wholesaling then possibly rehabbing. This site has been extremely informative and I'm looking forward to the adventure.
