New Member Grand Rapids Michigan
Hi all,
I have been in the real estate business on and off for the past 20 years, I first started out in renovation and then was in the mortgage lending sector for 5 years. I currently own some rental and working on gaining some more information on wholesaling and flipping in the Grand Rapids area. I appreciate all the helpful information on this site it seems to be the most up to date information I can find on the web. I would also like to find some others investors in the Michigan area to answer some state specific questions.
