My name is Oscar. Reaching out to you guys from Las Vegas, NV. Im 20 years old and I want to go places with my life. Im looking into real estate investment and house flipping in the hopes that it can provide me with a good future. I I'm going to start my 90hr course for a real estate license soon and I was looking for any tips you guys may have !
