Hi this is Joe,

I am a firefighter and am new to RE investing. I face lifted my last house and made $40k profit. I am looking to invest in 1-3 rehabs per year. I envision using my active income towards passive investments. I would love to partner with a general contractor in the area. Please respond with any advice or contacts.
