Hello BP members,

My name is Daniel Moore. Currently, I work in financial services for a pension fund here in Sacramento. I am married, have a 2 year old son and a baby on the way. Since a young age I've been fascinated with investing and have always dreamed of running my own business one day. I have a lot of experience trading stocks and financial products but limited experience in real estate other than the home my wife and I own. I want to expand my portfolio with real estate. I am still deciding what I want to specialize in but thinking of learning to flip with the help of a mentor or partner and overtime building up a long term portfolio of rental properties. I love the idea of someone renting your property and essentially paying for your investment over time. I am here to make some connections and get started investing in RE. At this point I am trying to learn all I can. I've read the ultimate beginners guide and have listened to roughly 40 of the podcasts. I gotta say this site, the podcasts, and the members are awesome. I'm very grateful for all the free information available here. Thank you,

Daniel
