Hey BP, first off I'd like to thank everyone on this forum for teaching me a huge amount of information that is helping me begin my wholesaling business, I have still yet to close a deal but I'm working very hard to finally make that happen. I am on this forum to network with potential buyers, sellers, agents, really anyone in the real estate game around my area. I am also here because of the wealth of information you guys provide. I look forward to being active both on this site and in my real estate investing.
