Hello everyone I'm Anthony...looking for a mentor

Hi everyone,

I'm Anthony and I'm obviously new to the real estate game.  As the title is saying I'm definitely looking for a mentor if anyone is interested.  I've already read a few books, listened to endless podcasts, and did a couple Udemy courses already.  All of that is great, but I'd really like to get started now, and if I know from experience, getting real life help is the way to go.

I'm about to sell my house here in a month, I need to paint walls and do some basic handyman stuff, get a termite service, but I'm almost there.  The goal is to get one rental this year.  Baby steps. The ultimate GOAL is to get a ton of rental properties, single family and a couple multi-family, and obviously quit my job and do this full-time. : )
