Hello everyone my name is Jesse Downey. I've been a member for a month or so now and wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I've been a plumber's apprentice (who also happens to be my dad) for a few years now. Currently i'm researching multifamily homes and hope to make my first purchase in D.C. in a year or two once I improve my credit and have a down payment saved up.

@Dmitriy Fomichenko Thanks for all the great info. I didn't know about the meet function that'll be useful once I upgrade my account. Also the @ function is gonna be a life saver thanks for the heads up it'll make things much easier
