Hello all,

I'm new to both the BP website and forums as well as real estate investing. I am looking at starting in wholesaleing and progressing to flips.

I was looking into joining Fortune Builders Mastery program...anyone have any advice as far as mentoring programs go?

I look forward to meeting other investors in the Richmond area, as well as learning from others and hopefully working with some of you across the nation.

Hello @Andy Lambert and welcome to BP. My advice would be to make sure that you do some serious research on any program that requires a big financial commitment. There are plenty of reviews and advice about such programs on this site, for free. You can also find articles, podcasts, forum discussions, expert advice, and other great information to help get you started, all on BP, all for free. The point is, enjoy the free stuff first and you just may find out that you gained enough information to get started and still have all of your money left to make a deal.
