Newish Investor/Agent Introduction

Hey everyone,

I've been investing in long term rentals since the summer of 2023. I have two SFH's that are cash flowing and have a ton of equity and current rehab that will end up the same way. I manage my own properties while also working a 45-50 hr/week w2 job, training fabricators for a company that manufactures pharmaceutical pressure vessels in Springfield.

I got my license in November of 2024 so I'm trying to learn multiple parts of this industry at the same time. I work mainly with lake properties and a couple investors but I hope to work more with investors in the future as that's where my passion lies.

I joined BP mainly for the calculators but since their aren't many people in my circle interested in real estate I figured I'd finally make an introduction post and become more active.

I'm looking forward to learning and collaborating with all of you!
