Starting fresh in Kansas City
Hello all! I am new to the community and starting over in real estate investing. My first run was about 7 years ago. I lost a rental to foreclosure at the start of the housing meltdown. In the meantime, I have acquired a real estate broker license, which I have been using part-time for bpos, selling and buying homes for others.
I am looking to grow my small real estate company and also get back to investing myself.
Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
