Hello fellow BPers! I'm an attorney from Richmond, Virginia, and I've been soaking up the terrific from this site for the last couple of months. I figured it was about time I introduced myself.

My wife and I own four vacation rental condos in North Myrtle Beach and a single family rental in Phoenix. We’re hoping to expand into more buy and hold single family or multi-family houses in our home market. I look forward to becoming a more active member of BP!
