I thought I'd introduce myself. I've been lurking for awhile. I'm not new to real estate investing. I started off in 1999 by picking up a Carleton Sheets and Russ Whitney course. I promptly went out and acquired property in NY and Florida and learned from the school of hard knocks. After flipping a few properties and practicing real estate for 10 years, I earned a decent living but then went through a divorce about 2 years ago. I've recently relocated to NC and now I"m looking to start over.

I'm still assembling my team and in search of hard money lenders to get my first deal going. Had some guys I was using in Florida and NC but they won't lend where I am now so I need to acquire new contacts.
