New Investor from Clark,NJ
Hello to all my fellow BP neighbors. My name is Orlando Cestona and I'm a newbie from Clark, NJ (North Jersey). I've been on BP for a few months now but this is my first post and I want to introduce myself. I am interested in buying and flipping single family homes in my area of Union County, and also work towards building a multi-family portfolio. I've learned a lot on this great platform that is Bigger Pockets and look forward to working with some our members and give back to the community as I gain experience in this business.

Welcome aboard from another newbie. I too am considering going the fix and flip route, at least in the beginning, but probably will move more towards fix and hold in the future.
