Hey guys, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Chris Hunt and I am a full time CNC machinist / part time landlord. I was referred to this site by my friend Charles Skeen from the Asheboro area.

I am currently on my 2nd purchase this year, which will be my 2nd buy and hold property. I closed on a condo last month and had it filled immediately. I hope this property has just as quick of a turn-around.

My goal is to have a solid passive income.

I listen to the podcasts and have read a few of the initial guides on this site. I'm checking out some books on amazon right now...

What am I targeting right now? Foreclosed condos. My first deal was a great success, and this second one has potential to be even better. I would be happy to share a breakdown of the #'s.

Thanks for having me as a part of this community,

Chris
