Good morning,
Just happened across this site this morning. I am a residential general contractor in Southern RI who along with my business partners are looking to make a change to our business model and focus on fix and flips, and buy and holds to create passive long term income.
Have one rental property that I currently own, but new to real estate investing, and hoping to learn more about private financing and finding properties.
Excited to be a part of a group of like minded individuals.
