Hello new to RE and looking to connect with like minded individuals in my area
Hello,
I just posted in "Starting Out" forum so you can get a bit of history about me there. I'm not in Oakland right now (wish there was a general "Bay Area" category) but would like to find a 2, 3, or 4- plex that I can live in and rent out either in Oakland or elsewhere in the bay area. This would be my best way to get into the market. Hope to get advice/mentorship/guidance from other members and once I become "seasoned" I would like to pay it forward!
