Hi all - my name is Carl, and actually I am from Maitland, a suburb of Orlando... new to the Real Estate Investing relm... I'm currently working as an IT Help Desk Manager, but really want to move into RE investing as a future direction. While I'm really not sure of the specific investing niche, I think a buy & hold with a good cash flow this year would be a great start. I'm also currently studying for my Florida Real Estate test, as I think this will give me more opportunity for deals and income.

I look forward to the blog conversations and learning!

@Carl F.

Welcome!!

Here are 6 Must Dos in real estate investing that we feel strongly about:

1. Verify all numbers and relationships...at least twice
2. Spending below $50k on a house likely means it is in a C area
3. Leverage where possible
4. Add 10 new cash buyers per week to your list
5. Double your realtor's commission if they bring you an awesome deal and a cash buyer for it!
6. The best way to save money is to grow sales
