Hey from Mansfield, Ohio.

I'm trying to get into the landlord business. After talking to some people about it they suggested this website, so here I am!

I'd like to get started small and maybe move into 1 side of a duplex and rent out the other.

An owner occupied duplex is a great way to start. You can get better loan terms than if you didn't live there, plus you'll lower your housing costs and learn about landlording at the same time
