Hey everyone! I live about 15 min from Wrightsville Beach, NC. 

My short terms goals are:

1) Learn everything I can about real estate investments

2)  Purchase my first rental property this year

My long term goal is to reach financial freedom within 10 years.

I generally try to be financially savvy so naturally I learned that real estate is just about the best investment opportunity out there.
