New Investor in the DMV area !
Hi all! I have been investing in the DMV area, I am hoping to connect with some fellow locals who are in similar mindset to both learn from and share my knowledge with. My last project is a full teardown and rebuild of a SFH in DC which I just finished this month. I am licensed in the DMV.
