Duplex investing - Cleveland Ohio

Hello BiggerPockets world! I am looking to start my investing journey this year in Cleveland Ohio. I'll probably be looking into duplexes to start off. Does anyone have any advice on the expected ROI for a duplex? And would it wiser to save up for a slightly bigger multifamily?

Hey Allen, In Cleveland you can get some good cash-flow with a duplex. ROI would all depend on how good of deal you find and your investment strategy. I think a duplex is great place to start as the larger you go the more moving parts you will have to manage and you will start paying larger costs with commercial zoned buildings.
